Your order will be dispatched on receipt of payment, and clearance of all payments. The average time for the dispatch is approximately 5 - 10 days, depending on particulars of order, availability and payment arrangements.

For buyers within Australia, we dispatch with Australia Post and various freight companies, which can take between 5 - 10 days. If your order is urgent, we use a courier company (TNT), which is usually next day delivery.

For buyers outside Australia, we use Australia Post Airmail service and various freight companies. International mail will take approx 10 to 21 days, with possible variations, depending on product, availability, destination and your local delivery services.

Outside Australia shipping, postage, handling and insurance fees will be quoted depending on freight choices and destination. Recipient to cover any import Duties/Taxes that may incur. We will confirm your order and dispatch arrangement details by email.
